ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Create Change Order Web Service Is Not Allowing To Update Conversion Rate, Type And Date.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Change Order Web Service must be able to update Conversion Rate, Type And Date.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Procurement -> Purchase Orders
3. Create Purchase Order and Approve.
4. Create Change Order with web service by providing conversion attributes (rate, type and date), it will give an error message
"Conversion rate, type and date can't be updated."
