Goal

Currently it is not possible to change the Primary or Secondary Unit of Measure (UOM) once the Item is created in Product Hub.  

This document describes the alternate approach if it is required to change the Unit Of Measure of the Item after it is created. From UI the field will show as greyed out once Item is created.
