Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Approvals and Notification
When attempting to commit rules in BPM the following error occurs.
ERROR

RUL-05921: The parent object of type "Rule Set" with name "TermsApprovalHierarchyRules" has more than on "Rule" with alias "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX".
When attempting to press Manage Approvals on Requisitions or PO's the following error occurs
ERROR

Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in evaluating routing slip. Check the underlying exception and correct the error in the routing slip.
