PO Sent Via CMK has Status 'B2B Error' and Does Not Reach OSN (Doc ID 2438721.1)

Users observe an error in Fusion 'Manage Undelivered Collaboration Messages' when
try to communicate Purchase Order (PROCESS_PO_OUT) to Supplier using CMK via
the Oracle Supplier Network (OSN or OSuN).


Error Description
Machine Info:(<url>)
Description:Agreement not found for trading partners: FromTP null,
ToTP MyCompany with document type PROCESS_INVOICE_002-7.2.1-INBOUND.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Create PO and submit.
2. On approval, PO transmitted to Supplier via CMK.
3. Navigator: Collaboration Messaging
4. Go to 'Manage Undelivered Collaboration Messages'
5. Search the PO and see Status : B2B Error
6. Error details show the reported error above.
