Duplicate Receipts Appearing For Some Purchase Orders

PROBLEM

For few Purchase Orders, Receipts are showing duplicate.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications.
2. Navigate to Purchasing
3. Receipts screen.
