STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Create a Purchase Order
2. Submit the Purchase Order for Approval
3. Approve the PO
4. Need to cancel Line 1. The Buyer creates a change order by line action> cancel documents;
5. Change Order was approved
6. Error occurs
