ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Headers are missing when comp worksheets are exported to Excel

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the column header

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) log in as either a Line Manager or a Comp Manager
2) Navigate to My Team > Workforce Comp
3) open a comp worksheet
4) click Export to Excel
>> headers are blank for all column

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Hard for managers and HR to make the column names, have to guess
