Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Item Revision not populated on POs and PRs released from planning
Item is revision controlled.
Item when released from planning does not populate item revision on the PR or on the automatically created PO.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

PR/PO must have item with latest revision.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
PR/PO getting created from Planning / Supply Chain Orchestration.
