Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating an Inspection via REST API - the Inspection record is duplicated in the UI but not in the DB tables

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Inspection Record would not be duplicated in the UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare REST API to create an Inspection Record
2. Run the REST API and create the Inspection Record
3. Open Quality Management UI
4. Search for newly created Inspection and find it listed twice
5. Search the DB tables and find only one record for the Inspection
