Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
User cannot submit any changes to the database .User receives error message when trying to save changes in Cloud DM Demand Plan.

ERROR
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 103, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Navigate to Table in Demand Management
2.Edit a measure and Save
