Manage Purchasing Document Approvals

BPM rules imported via SOA Composer are not available in FSM/Manage Purchasing Document Approvals.
Approval rules already existed in the instance prior to executing this process.
 
Approval Rules will be maintained in FSM/Manage Purchasing Document Approvals.  Expecting to synchronize the BPM and FSM/Manage Purchasing Document Approvals rules. 

STEPS
1. Export Purchasing Document Approval composite/rules using SOA Composer from development instance
2. Import Purchasing Document Approval composite/rules using SOA Composer to test instance
3. In the test instance, check BPM > DocumentApproval task, rules were copied
4. In the test instance, review FSM/Manage Purchasing Document Approvals. FA is not synchronized with BPM. Older setup is still being displayed.
