Gender Code missing on Benefits Extract

Employee's gender code is not passing on the benefits extract. It is listed on the person's form but does not display or pass over on the benefits extract / XML.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see employee's gender code on Extract Benefits Data

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Submit Extract Benefits Data
Evaluation and Reporting > Extract Benefits Data > Query Employee (D****** Person Number = **** > gender code is missing
