Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Document Communication

PO not flowing through OSN

Supplier site setup for OSN (CMK) has been done and created PO. But not flown to OSN test. Attached the screen


ERROR

Status : B2B Error ; Error type : Outbound Processing Error; Error Subtype : Unexpected error;
error description as below

Machine Info: (cffar12040z38.usdc2.oraclecloud.com) Description: Agreement not found for trading partners: FromTP MyCompany, ToTP OracleSupplierNetworkTest with document type PROCESS_PO_007-7.2.1-OUTBOUND.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create PO and submit.
2. On approval, PO transmitted to Supplier via CMK.
3. Navigator: Collaboration Messaging
4. Go to 'Manage Undelivered Collaboration Messages'
5. Search the PO and let us know the error details with screen shot.
