PRC:PON: Details Button in Abstract Negotiation URL Is Not Working In The Browser When Not Logged In. (Doc ID 2456333.1)

After doing the set up of Abstract Negotiation,
Go to Configure Procurement Business Function > Configure Abstract Listing > Abstract URL - This URL that a Customer generally put on their Website, which contains list of all publicly available negotiations, so that whenever any supplier goes to customer's Website they can see these negotiation and follow the Quotation process.

How to Enable Abstract Negotiation?
Go to Manage Negotiation style - enable the check box Abstract. After publishing the negotiation the negotiations that have been created with abstract enabled negotiation style will be available in the Abstract URL for anyone to view.

When viewing the negotiations in Abstract URL, there is "Details" button available from where we can see more details of negotiation and can download the Negotiation PDF. But when customer clicks on the Details button it is not showing further details.
