Symptoms
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Capture Transactions-Define Allocations and Period Entries
When attempting to Generate Allocations but is not actually being applied.
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Process ends successfully, but log says "One or more of the defined sources in the allocation component do not contain balances. Select a different source or specify a fixed amount. (GL-781786)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create allocation rule
2. Task > Generate General Ledger Allocations
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot manage allocations to accounts properly, or as intended.
