Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The Purchase Order is stuck in current state (i.e. pending signature preparation).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to withdraw or cancel Purchase Order
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit Purchase Order
2. Purchase Order Auto-Approved
3. Try to Withdraw OR Cancel
4. Not registered on Document History
