ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Edit Reconciliation Type, Account Filter Conditions drop down list doesn't appear

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Edit Reconciliation Type, ability to edit Account Filter Conditions in drop down list

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Clearing Accounts Reconciliation
2. Highlight Reconciliation Type: select Edit
3. Click 'Account Filter' to define
4. No drop down options appear to select a different account filter condition


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot efficiently select accounts that need to be reconciled.
