Customer Not Able To View Saved Notes If Using Standalone Planning (Doc ID 2461675.1)

Symptoms

Customer Implementing Standalone Planning Modules . When attempting to create a Note either at the Supply Plan level or Supply Plan table level, the Note is created and saved.
However when accessing the Note the saved note was not persistent and no Note exists.
