Unable To Define Communication Method On An Existing Purchase Order in 18C (Doc ID 2473361.1)

Symptoms

 
In 18C, users are unable to communicate a Purchase Order that has already been dispatched/communicated.  The pop-up is not formatted to allow the selection of the communication method.
This prevents users from re-dispatching orders that are not received by the supplier, or that are not communicated due to an invalid email/fax.
 
 
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Procurement > Purchase Orders
2. Task List > Manage Orders
3. Search for an open Order
3. Open the Purchase Order
5. Select Actions > Communicate
6. Pop up to define the Communication Method does not allow for the selection of the appropriate method. Have to Cancel out of the pop up.
