Symptoms

When attempting to load CalculationCard.dat ,the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"JBO-FND:::FND_VS_VAL_NOT_IN_LIST: Authority NULL is not in the list of values."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Data Exchange
2. Import and Load
3. Load CalculationCard.dat
