My Receipts Search Save Is Not Working by enabiling check box "Exclude POs with two-way match approval level" (Doc ID 2477968.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Receiving

When trying to search for a receipt facing below error:

ERROR
-----------------------

java.lang.string cannot be case to java.lang.boolean
Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 15



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to "My Receipts"  UI and create a saved search with below
parameters:
Requester - Furey,Clare
Items Due - Any time
Requisitioning BU - Vision Operations
Exclude POs with two-way match approval level - Checkedrocurement
2. Now under My receipts query by using saved search ends in error
