PROBLEM STATEMENT
=================
Create an action rule with 'Manage Action Rule' in Inspection Plan. The business rule will update the lot status of item if inspection result doesn't satisfy the target value, but the Lot Status Change as per "Managed Action Rules" defined in the Inspection Plan is not happening.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Create an Inventory Inspection Plan 'Test Inventory QP' for item 'Test Item' and define an action rule from 'Manage Action Rule'

2.a) When the target value meets the inspection result >> then lot status should changed to 'Released' and user should get an notification

   b) When the target value does not meet the inspection result >> then lot status should change to 'Rejected' and user should get a notification

3. Create a inspection with 'Test Inventory QP' for item 'Test Item' and set the inspection result to 'No'.

4. User receives the notification but the lot status didn't change to 'Rejected'. It is still 'Active'
