When attempting to Import Customer Assets, the following error occurs.
ORA-01403: no data found
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare your data according to the expected formatting
2. Generate the .csv files (use the "Generate CSV File" button)
3. Load the data into the interface table
4. Run the Asset import process
