Unable to create Install Base asset from UI (or) view existing Install base asset from UI
The following error is received:

An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: xxx, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contract Management > Contracts > Task list: Manage Assets
2. Search for Install Base asset and try to open.
3. Error is received.
