Quality Action and Issue Notifications Are Missing Hyperlink to Actual Record (Doc ID 2486716.1)

Goal

When reviewing notifications in the Bell, the message does not include a hyperlink to open the Quality record. However, PD changes have a hyperlink to take you to the object.

Right now, the workaround is to copy or write down the Quality number, close the notification, run a search for the number, then open the number to access the record.

User expects that clicking on a notification can actually take the user to the record they need to review and approve.
