Does Quality Allow Ad-Hoc Approver Changes Once In An Approval Status? (Doc ID 2486748.1)

Last updated on APRIL 01, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Quality Management Cloud Service - Version 11.13.18.05.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

After routing Actions or Issues into Approval statuses (Interim Approval or Approval), an admin analyst style user must be able to manipulate approvers and observers. This needs to be accomplished by analysts without backing out of the workflow.

Currently, steps are to create a workflow with Interim Approval. Change status into the Approval status. Try to change the approvers. Interestingly, the UI makes it look like you can. However, you cannot save.

Close the object and re-open. Now the add / remove approvers buttons are greyed out. however, these need to be enabled and Save needs to be available.
