Symptoms
When attempting to approve some POs using position hierachy they get rejected and the following error occurs in EM
Error:
ORABPEL-30110 Error walking up Hierarchy. Failed to fetch UptoApprover for principal: 10000000111111 . Check UptoApprover value in List Builder Specifications
