On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis-Prepare Financial Reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
No LOV available at the time of creating new database connection in BI catalog

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Values of published COA should be there in the LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Tools >> Database Connection Manager
2. Create a new connection.
3. Click on Application/ Database to see if the values are there.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a new database connection.
