Symptoms

On completing work order the next button to enter meter reading throws an error. Also in FSM "Manage Plant Parameters" setup has 'Allow Quantity Changes During Backflush' parameter not set to 'Both'

type iterator Binding Definition is invalid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintenance > Manage Maintenance Work Orders
2. Create a work order.
2. Release the work order.
3. Query the work order in the execution work bench.
4. Click on quick complete.
5. Click on Next to navigate to 'Meter Reading'
6. Page goes blank then throws the above error.
