Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to create a user in security console the error "Failed to create user XXXX" occurred.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Security Console.
- Click on User Tab.
- Click on Add User Account.
- Enter the user information and click on Save and Close button.
Due to this issue, Unable to create user accounts.
