Symptoms
SupplierServiceV2
Unable to create a supplier via webservice for specific business unit.
The Response payload shows an error:

08:38:38 - Failed System.NotSupportedException: The stream does not support concurrent IO read or write operations.
at System.Net.ConnectStream.InternalWrite(Boolean async, Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size, AsyncCallback callback, Object state)
at System.Net.ConnectStream.Write(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size)
at NOV.ERPSI.OracleCloud.CloudSoap.TransmitViaHttp(String payLoad, String TargetURL, String TargetUser, String TargetPass)
The same user used similar payload to create a supplier in a different business unit and the supplier was created with success.
