Goal

We are trying to restrict the negotiations and Agreements based on the department of users for negotiations and Agreement. We followed a white paper contract_security_customization_steps and achieved this functionality for contracts. Similarly we are trying to achieve the same for Negotiations and BPA.


We can define departments in the Manage department screen and assign the same to the users. These are the 3 scenarios which we achieved for contracts now we want to achieve the same for negotiation and agreements.

Scenario1: Department1 user should access data and edit data only belongs Department1. And cannot see data from any other Departments

Scenario2: Department1 user should be able to view data only belongs Department1. Also he should be not be able see other Department data also

Scenario3: User should be able to all the Departments data and edit data
