Symptoms

After upgrade, when Employee attempting to add contacts under people to cover (Benefits Self Service  in the responsive UI), the following popup message occurs.

OR

Empty pop up message

OR

Prevent to show additional dialogs

OR

" You do not have permission to access this information "

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ME
2. Benefits
3. People to cover
