The ability to search by Work Center on filter search for Work Orders in specific organization is not working
The Search under Work Center will not show or recognize any of the Work Centers. This happens when there no work orders in 'Released' status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Ability to search for work orders with work center in an organization.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Home > Maintenance Management > Task List > Maintenance Work Orders
2. Click on 'Show Filters' on the search
3. Enter the work center, or search. See no work center is available or an error if work center is provided.

Where xxxx is the work center name
