Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to Process Quickpay/Payroll Run For Employee Gratuity Payment Is not Happening.Gratuity element is processed byt Payment Element is not created.We have the below message Under Messages section,

ERROR
-----------------------
Gratuity cannot be processed because the monthly salary calculation formula must be attached to the calculation card at the payroll statutory unit level

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run quickpay/RegularRun for Terminated Employee

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot  run the Final settlement for the Terminated Employee
