Symptoms

Cannot communicate with Punchout website URL due to errors.
Due to this issue users cannot order from the Supplier. 

 

Error

An error occurred in communicating to the punchout site defined in the catalog Punchout. Contact the Procurement application administrator. (POR-2010059)

An error occurred when signing in to the punchout site. The error code is 701.

 

Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigator : Procurement > Purchase Requisitions
2. Select punchout catalog.
3. Encounter reported errors.
