Goal

Update Notes on existing BPA using FBDI or an API call

Cancel or delete BPAs in bulk using FBDI or WebServices

Mass update BPAs using FBDI without the following error: 

Error Message: PO_PDOI_INVALID_VALUE
Error Text: The value of the attribute is not valid
