Unable to create and save a Talent Review meeting due to error ORA-01400 cannot insert NULL (Doc ID 2513796.1)

Implementing Talent Review and Succession Management Fusion and unable to create and save a Talent Review meeting due to error ORA-01400 cannot insert NULL

Trying to create a "Create Talent Review Meeting" in Fusion. Followed all the steps but when try to save and close it received an error message
"ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("FUSION"."HRR_MEETINGS"."MEETING_ORGANIZATION_ID") "

Tried to add the MEETING_ORGANIZATION_ID through the "Manage Talent Review Descriptive Flexfields" but again the error exist.

If click save and close the meeting that created is not able to search it.
