Unable To Receive Item From My Receipts

Information in this document applies to any platform.
User is not able to receive the PO form My receipt area , even he is only the requester and everything is updated on requisition and Purchase order.
Although he can receive the same PO from Inventory management -> receipt -> receive expected shipment.
