On : 184.108.40.206.0 version, Functional Product Issues
The data from Quality Issue is not Translating to Quality Action.
Whenever a Quality Action is created from a Quality Issue the data from the fields standard as well as custom which are same is not translated to Action page.
For e.g Organization a standard field, Product Type and Failure modes custom fields. If the field name is same the value should translate from Issue to Action as both are related.
