Goal
Negotiation Line DFF is not displayed at Supplier Portal.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable the Line DFF "PON_AUCTION_ITEM_PRICES"
2. Procurement > Negotiation
3. Create a negotiation and check if the DFF is displayed at Negotiation Line.
4. Enter the supplier and supplier contact details at Supplier stop.
5. Publish the Negotiation
6. Login with Supplier portal
7. Search for the Negotiation and check if DFF exists for line.
