Symptoms
A supplier with one bank account has 300 Bank Account Owners and users find the page is unresponsive when trying to add new bank account owners.
The page should not go unresponsive due to the number of bank account owners.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit Supplier.
2. Drill Down into Supplier Site,
3. Go to Payments Tab,
4. Go to Bank Accounts Tab,
5. Edit Bank Account,
6. Try to add a bank account owner,
7. Observe that the page lags or is unresponsive,
