PRC:PO:Purchase Agreement Line DFFs not Appearing in UI via FBDI Import

Symptoms
A DFF was created under the "Purchase Agreement Line Item Values" Purchasing Descriptive Flexfield.
However, when Importing BPA via FBDI with Attribute_Date1, Attribute_Number1 & Attribute_Number2 filled in the fields are blank in the UI But show in the PO_LINES_ALL Table.
It is expected that the Descriptive Flexfield's Attribute_Date1, Attribute_Number1 & Attribute_Number2 will be populated in the UI and on the back end when importing BPAs.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create and Deploy DFF.
2. Generate FBDI with BPA information.
>> Attribute_Date1, Attribute_Number1 & Attribute_Number2 Filled in
3. Load and Import.
4. Data is not in the UI.
