Goal

Unable to assign few roles to User

We need the following roles to be assigned to the User. We can see the roles however we cannot assign these roles to the user.


1. AttachmentsUser (Employee role inherits
2. SOA Operator Role (SOAOperator)
3. Manage Webservices Catalog Role (FND_MANAGE_CATALOG_SERVICE_PRIV)
