Unable To Perform Inspection for Receipt (Doc ID 2527843.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Inspect for a receipt, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The inspection results cannot be entered for the receipt 4 and item Test001  because an inspection plan was not found. (RCV-2445425)
Cause No inspection plan in Oracle Fusion Quality Inspection Management is defined.
Action You must remove the inspect line before submitting the other inspection results. Then, you must define an inspection plan in Oracle Fusion Quality Inspection Management to perform the quality inspection in Receiving.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receipt Inspection> Open the receipt >Click on Inspect
2. 'Enter Quality results' button is greyed out
3. Press – Submit
3. Error
