On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Purchase Orders
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Reqs are not Associating with BPA to Autogenerate PO.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Reqs able to associate with BPA.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Procurement > Purchase Requisition
2. Create a Req > try to associate with BPA > They stay in "Process Requisitions" and cannot auto-create into a PO.
3. Can manually create a Requisition and manually select the BPA to associate.
