PRC:PO:POZ: Disable Supplier Address Name Being Defaulted As Site Name When Creating Supplier Site

Symptoms
When a supplier address is created and named on the supplier creation page, the address name is then defaulted the same as what the Site Name is.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Supplier Address.
2. Add Address Name.
3. Save the Address.
4. Create a Supplier Site.
5. Supplier Site Name Field is defaulted from the Supplier Address Name.
Due to this issue, users are seeing the Supplier Site Name getting defaulted and this is not desired.
