Review Purchase Order Details for maintenance work order does not show all requisition lines.
Only the first line of the requisition is shown, while the requisition has 2 lines which is purchased,

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Review Purchase Order Details would display all the requisition lines for purchase requisition generated for the work order.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created maintenance work order with a supplier operation
2. This operation has 2 purchased lines from a requisition
3. On releasing the work order, click 'Review Purchase Order Details'
4. See there is only one line shown in Purchased Items Details
5. On clicking the purchased item it shows the requisition generated.
5. Click on requisition details and both purchase lines can be viewed in requisition.
