Symptoms

Cannot edit a Purchase Order (PO) in the Edit Purchase Order page because the submit button is missing. 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. From the Navigator > go to Manage Orders
2. Purchase Orders
3. Edit Document
4. Submit button is missing
