Goal

User have RMA created against sales orders. RMAs are getting closed after receiving and crediting but users getting errors in Supply Chain Financial orchestration.also event in financial orchestration with status as not used and not started status

Users has both processes for shipped items. shipments(Forward Flow in FOS) in the fusion system
1. Credit only returns
2. Receive the goods and Credit Customer

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Monitor Financial Flow UI
2. Check Event type: Return Fulfillment Line Close
